A recent blog indicates REcolorado and IRES are working toward an agreement to merge. At Blue Fire Group, we don’t anticipate any agreement made will be implemented quickly. Until this situation can be sorted out, we will make our best effort to work with Agents to provide access to both MLS IDX feeds at a reasonable cost. For the next few months, we will waive the “additional MLS fee” for new Ultimate IDX CRM accounts, when both IRES and REcolorado IDX feeds are included.
