UltimateIDX is a brand we use to convey the philosophy and service of Buying Buddy IDX CRM.

UltimateIDX was originally formed by a consortium of REALTORS® and programming engineers that have specialized in the real estate industry for decades.

The founders recognized the potential of the Internet and created their first real estate website in 1994. Work began on the very first MLS/IDX systems in early 1998!
